Arthritis Pain
Arthritis pain mostly resembles joint inflammation and refers to a group of more than 100 rheumatic diseases. 3. The patients can also be given warm enema for some days to rinse out bowels, and this helps to relieve from constipation.
4. Steam bath and oil massage once a week are also beneficial home based remedies for relieving pain. Avoid cold sprays and cold bath.
5. It is better to add more supplements of zinc, vitamin C and calcium in the diet.
6. Often, sea bathing is useful in pain relief.
7. Take four skinless garlic pieces and two Spraguea, and powder them. Add this powder in mustard oil and heat slowly. Massage this oil on the affected area on a daily basis.
8. The patients need to relax for at least 30 minutes each night in a bathtub of lukewarm water mixed with a cup of sea salt.
9. Drink one-cup juice of black cherry each day to ease the pain. It may take one to two months for positive results. However, do not give up and continue to drink the juice.
